Health at Work (healthatwork.solutions, and its French edition santeautravail.solutions) provides occupational health information, free self-assessment tools and access to occupational health consultations. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Reading the site. You can read every article and use the risk checker without giving us anything. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site working.
Health self-assessments. If you complete one of our tests, we store your answers, your score, and the job title and sector you optionally provide, so we can show your result and understand which tools are useful. We do not ask for your name, and the answers are not medical records. If you also give us an email address, that address is stored with the result.
Email subscriptions. If you subscribe, we store your email address and your language, and nothing else. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Experts and bookings. Professionals who apply to join our expert panel provide their name, contact details, qualifications and professional registration, and complete an identity verification step run by our verification provider. If you book a consultation, we store the booking details needed to arrange it.
This site shows advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, and may use your prior visits to this and other websites to show ads based on your interests. This happens through Google, not through us: we never receive your browsing history, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Third-party vendors may also be opted out at aboutads.info.
The site itself uses browser storage only to remember your language choice and to keep a self-assessment in progress. We do not use it to track you across other websites.
We keep the list short on purpose: Netlify (hosting and delivery), Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (images and video), our identity-verification provider (expert onboarding only), and our email provider for sending and delivery. Google AdSense operates as described above. Each holds data only to provide that service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Our articles are drafted with the help of artificial intelligence and published by Health at Work. Where an article has been read and approved by our occupational health consultant before publication, the page says so and names him. No visitor data of any kind is sent to the systems that draft this content.
We keep information only while it is useful for the purpose it was given: subscriptions until you unsubscribe, self-assessment results while they remain useful for improving the tools, expert and booking records for as long as the professional relationship requires.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@healthatwork.solutions. We will act on a deletion request unless we are required to keep something. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
This site is intended for people at work and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be explained here rather than made quietly.
